"One word that always describes my summit experience with RoleCall is cup-filling. This is the one place, really in the nation, where you can come and meet other people who do exactly what you do. Every conversation is immediately deep, they experience the same problems that you are, and you can really think of and work on solutions together that’s moving the needle forward in our industry and helping our communities do better with talent attraction."
– Rachel Gray
Hello West Michigan
"It’s enlightening. I have had such a great time getting to meet other people. Even learning that our small destination problems are the same as big destination problems. It’s a great group of like-minded people, who are all looking to better their communities. The energy is amazing and I love the camaraderie."
– Nicole Haas

##### Who is the Talent Attraction Summit For?
The Talent Attraction Summit is for any economic development, chamber of commerce, tourism, or government professional that wants to change the way their place attracts talent. It’s also open to any person that is passionate about their community and making it better.
##### What will you get out of it?
The goals of the conference are to:
- Build a national network of colleagues to help with tricky situations in economic development. Our communities and challenges are similar in many ways, and we can help each other.
- Let’s share and problem-solve together! Learn about what others are doing — there’s no need to reinvent the wheel. Maybe someone has a great solution for something you’re working on.
- Challenge ourselves to grow and innovate. This industry is evolving and we’re at the forefront. How do we envision the next iteration of talent attraction and economic development? What can we dream up and bring to life?
- Explore the host city. This will be fun *and* productive. We LOVE letting the food scene shine in our catering options. We promise you’ll eat well.
##### What will you leave with?
- A generous network of people you can call on when you want to talk through an issue or idea for your community
- Real, actionable ideas for yourselves, your work, and your community
- Support and inspiration to kickstart or amplify your talent attraction strategy
- A bigger passion to grow our piece of the industry
- A better understanding of people-focused economic development
#### Talent Attraction is a Team Sport
#### Learn, problem solve, and strategize for the future alongside the brightest talent attraction professionals in the country.
