The Talent Attraction Summit is headed to Buffalo and there are so many reasons beyond chicken wings to get excited to attend!

Buffalo is a sports town and knows the value of teamwork. We approach talent attraction with that in mind as well. Be in Buffalo – the region’s talent attraction initiative – consistently brings together employers, governments, and economic and workforce development organizations to put forth a compelling, cohesive pitch to potential relocatees.
Last year’s Summit in Cleveland showed the value of collaboration and Buffalo is a perfect continuation of that trend.

Comeback City

Buffalo has shown how to change long-held perceptions of a place and persuade an audience. Previously known for billowing manufacturing plants, snow, and lost Super Bowls, Buffalo is now positioned as a potential refuge from climate change, boasts a booming innovation and startup economy, and is consistently lauded as a great place to visit and live.
Inspiration Around Every Corner
Buffalo has been dubbed America’s best planned city and is home to architectural masterpieces, including The Lafayette Hotel, built by the nation’s first female architect, and several Frank Lloyd Wright projects.
The city’s downtown is also reactivated post-COVID. You’ll have no shortage of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, or museums to check out in your spare time. Buffalo’s highly ranked airport, free downtown subway, and walkability make getting around a breeze, too.
Buffalo will make sure you’re just as inspired by the venues and sites as you are by the speakers.
