As we close out another incredible year, we find ourselves pausing – with full hearts (one of our core values at RoleCall) – to reflect on the journey we’ve taken together in Talent Attraction.

This year was exciting to celebrate milestones such as North Dakota attributing almost $4M+ economic growth generated from the Find the Good Life in ND program we've built together to help candidates get jobs and move to their state. Another “raise your glass” moment in 2025 went to client Matt Sanford accepting an Award of Merit for Carlsbad’s Life in Action we’ve also partnered together on and grown over the years. He has also received international awards for that incredible mustache.

We get extra excited seeing our partners and community come together every year at our annual Talent Attraction Summit! Each year continues to build, and this year’s Talent Attraction Summit proved many more great things (Registration is now open for 2026’s Summit in Buffalo, NY for you to reserve your seat!). We are incredibly grateful for everyone taking time to join us in Cleveland and sharing passion making talent attraction in the economic development industry the best it can be... of course, with some belly laughing and fun memories also included during our time together!
