In North Dakota, we designed a statewide talent attraction marketing and lead nurturing campaign, trained community leaders, and engaged employers. 

In Carlsbad, California, we added calls-to-action and lead capture capabilities to an already robust talent attraction website, gathering 250 leads in four months and saving roughly 30% per engagement cost on paid social posts.

And in Cleveland, Ohio, we helped launch their Resident Ambassadors program (WayFinders), which has grown to 36 trained Ambassadors who create meaningful, one-on-one connections with newcomers.
