Who is the Talent Attraction Summit For?
The Talent Attraction Summit is for any economic development, chamber of commerce, tourism, or government professional that wants to change the way their place attracts talent. It’s also open to any person that is passionate about their community and making it better.

Speak at the Summit
Are you a thought leader in the world of Talent Attraction? These are your people.
We are looking for dynamic speakers to engage and inspire talent attraction professionals from around the country.
Our aim is to foster meaningful conversations, actionable insights, and interactive learning experiences.
We're open to other ideas, but topics of interest include community partnerships, legal immigration, entrepreneurship, employer participation, and programmatic successes (and how to replicate them).
Speaker submissions are due by December 5.
