Free Webinar: DIY Incentive Programs
How To Attract New Residents (And National Press) Without A Blockbuster Budget
Incentive programs are a hot topic in talent attraction right now, with a growing number of cities and states offering new residents cash to relocate.
While big-dollar incentive programs are great for grabbing headlines, they’re out of reach financially for most chambers and economic development groups, and their success in engaging new residents long-term is questionable.
So, how do you create a compelling, effective incentive program if you don’t have an oil baron or local billionaire underwriting your talent attraction efforts?
How do you ensure an incentive program is meaningful, engaging, and effective not just in attracting new residents, but giving them a sense of belonging?
In this free webinar, RoleCall and special guests from Remote Tucson will show you how.
What you’ll leave with: Inspiration and actionable ideas for how to build a meaningful relocation incentive program from scratch, no matter your budget.
