We help cities, regions, and states build stronger connections between people and places. Through expert consulting, marketing strategy, lead nurturing, and ecosystem building, we help our clients craft individual Paths to Yes. We lead with storytelling, inbound marketing, and stakeholder engagement to bridge the gap between candidates, communities, and employers — amplifying the stories of places people move to — and truly belong. And we do it all with humor and heart. 

Our Story

Winona and Tim met at the International Economic Development Council conference, where they presented on talent attraction strategy by day and karaoked “Glory Days” together by night. To this day, the team strives to maintain that same balance of professionalism and joie de vivre in everything.

More real talk? We truly love this work. We love figuring out what exactly makes a community special. We nerd out about place marketing strategies. We can talk for hours about relocation trends and skills matching and the pros and cons of incentive programs for remote workers (yes, we are very fun at parties).

What is "Revolutionary" Talent Attraction?

Our vision is to change the way that people connect to, and ultimately love, their city. We believe that economic developers – Chambers, EDOs, DMOs, and elected officials – should be the cornerstone of civic engagement. The concept on its own is not revolutionary, but the way that RoleCall delivers talent attraction strategy is.

Talent Attraction isn’t new. Sure, it has been gaining headlines over the last decade, but cities across the globe have been working to attract talent for much longer. Our approach is simple and is present in everything we do: emphasize human connection. That approach is what makes us revolutionary.
